Directions for use

Apply one Sleep-Eze patch on a clean, dry and hair-less area of the skin such as the arm, thigh, back or shoulder. Using your palm, press the self-adhesive patch firmly onto the prepared skin for half a minute. Replace it with a new patch every 24 hours, applying the fresh patch to a different skin area.  Use one Sleep-Eze patch per day for the entire course. For external use only.

Active Ingredients

Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract  – used in herbal medicine as natural treatment for anxiety, restlessness and insomnia.
Passiflora Incarnata – in homeopathic medicine, it is used for treating sleeplessness, nervous anxiety and insomnia. It helps improve the quality of sleep.
Valeriana Officianalis (Valerian) – used for insomnia, sleeping disorders, restlessness, and as a muscle relaxant. It is an effective remedy for the reduction of anxiety and as a sedative for nervous tension, hysteria, excitability, stress and intestinal colic or cramps.
